Ingredients

    1 medium egg
    25 gms wafers/ chips
    1 tbspn butter/ ghee
    1 tbspn finely chopped onion
    1 tspn ginger garlic paste
    1/2 tspn chilli powder/ chopped green chillies
    1 tspn chopped coriander
    1 white/ wholemeal roll

Tips

Can be made gluten free by avoiding the roll


Directions

In a pan heat some butter, add the ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, coriander and let the onions cooked.

Crush the wafers/ chips and put on this cooked mixture and immediately add the egg. Cover up until the eggs are cooked. Take care not to make the wafers/ chips soggy.

Toss in between the roll and serve it hot
