    1 Tube Crescent Roll, Reduced Fat
    4 Eggs
    12oz Low-Fat Jimmy Dean Sausage
    3/4 Cup 1% Milk
    2 Cups Low Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese


brown sausage, drain.
Spray Pam in a 9x13 dish
Press together seams of cresent rolls to make a flat layer in pan.
In a separate bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt &pepper to taste.
Spread the cooked sausage over the cresent rolls.
Top with egg and milk mixture.
top with shredded cheese and bake.
375 degrees for 30-35 mintues; let set for 5 mintues.

    The calories / nutritional listed are incorrect. If you click on "Ingredient Details" you'll see it only takes into account one SERVING of cresent rolls, not a whole tube, and only 2 oz of sausage, not 12. Then it divides those small numbers by 12 servings , which is why the calorie count is so low. - 1/8/09

    I made this recipe with Jimmy Dean turkey sausage because I couldn't find the low fat. Also had to use regular crescent rolls because the grocery didn't have the reduced fat. Other than that everything was the same & it is wonderful!!!!
    I will definitely be making this many more times!

    Very Good. I used boca meatless sausages to cut way down on the calories. (As another user said - the cals are incorrect) - 10/17/09
