Ingredients

    Swiss Chard, 2 cups steamed and chopped
    9-10 Chicken, Trader Joe's Breast Tenderloins
    Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced
    Beans, fava, .75 cup prepared
    Meyer lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole
    Garlic, 1 tsp
    Salt, .25 tsp
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp
    Herbs de Provence, .25 tsp
    Fresh Chives, 2 tbsp chopped
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp

Tips

Directions

Mix all together and let chill at least one hour, preferably overnight.
