    6 Boneless Chicken Breasts
    1 pkg pepperoni pizza slices
    8 oz grated Mozzarella
    1 can diced tomatoes
    3/4 C mushrooms
    1/4 C white wine
    1/4 C olive oil
    1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
    Italian Seasoning to taste
    Salt to taste


In a sauté pan put olive oil, wine and mushrooms sauté until mushrooms are done. Add Garlic, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning and salt, let simmer while you do the chicken.
Spray 9x 13 pan with Pam place chicken breasts in pan, cover chicken with the pepperoni slices and 1/2 the cheese. Pour sauce on chicken and use the other 1/2 of the cheese for the top.

Baked at 350 for 45min - 60 minutes
