Introduction

No need to heat up the house! No need to heat up the house!

Ingredients

    2 plums, sliced
    2 peaches, sliced
    2 apricots, sliced
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    Dash of salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon

    1/2 C. Bisquik, Reduced Fat
    1/4 C. milk, skim
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 Tbsp. butter, melted

Tips

Tastes great with a small scoop of light vanilla ice cream!


Directions

Preheat solar oven.

Combine first 7 ingredients. Place in lightly buttered dark pan.

Combine last 5 ingredients. Drop onto fruit mixture and smooth out.

Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours.

Serving Size: 1/6 of pan
