    Milk, nonfat, 0.5 cup
    *Flour, white, 1 tbsp
    Better Than Bouillon - Chicken, reduced sodium, 0.5 tsp
    Yogurt, President's Choice 0% Greek Yogurt Plain, 1/4 cup


Mix the flour, milk and bouillon together and bring to a boil to thicken. Allow to cool. Just before serving add the yoghurt and stir.
