Really good mac-n-cheese. Really good mac-n-cheese.
Number of Servings: 12


    12 oz. Box of whole wheat elbows
    8 oz. Velveeta Lite cheese
    1 cup 2% milk
    1 tsp. sea salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. chili powder


Cut Velveeta into 1/2" cubes.
Add salt, pepper, chili powder and milk to small saucepan. Cook on medium low and stir occasionally.
Cook pasta according to instructions on box and drain.
Combine sauce and pasta and mix. Serve hot.
