Introduction

Ingredients

    Half an apple with core removed. (105g)
    Whole small orange (86g)
    1/2 cup blueberries
    1 cup organic fat free yogurt
    76g unsweetened frozen mixed berries or strawberries

Tips

I measure out the ingredients, peel the orange and cut in in chunks and place it all in a covered container in the refrigerator until I'm ready and then easily put it all in the Vita Mix/Blender and then add the frozen berries.


Directions

Place all ingredients except frozen berries in Vita Mix or blender. Blend until mixed. Add berries and blend until mixed.
