Ingredients

    mix together olive oil, mustard, soy sauce, garlic and salt and pepper to taste.
    Place pork tenderloin into large sealable plastic bag and pour in the marinade. Marinate in the refrigerator at least one hour before cooking.
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Transfer the pork loin to a baking dish. Pour marinade over the pork. Cook in preheat oven until pork is not longer pink in the center, 45 to 60 minutes. 160 degrees on instant read thermometer
