Introduction

My girls love ramen noodles...but I hate that they have virtually no nutrients. So, I add a bunch of veggies to make them better. My girls love ramen noodles...but I hate that they have virtually no nutrients. So, I add a bunch of veggies to make them better.

Ingredients

    2 pkg Ramen noodles (no seasoning)
    1 bag (2 servings) Bird's Eye tuscan veggies
    1 can diced green chiles
    1 can black beans
    1 can diced tomatoes

Directions

Cook noodles and drain
Cook veggies
Mix noodles with cooked veggies
drain chiles and beans and add
Add tomatoes (do not drain)

Serving Size: makes 4 servings
