Ingredients

    400 gm carrots
    1 tbsp butter
    1 tsp sugar
    dash salt
    1/3 cup water

Directions

Melt butter
Add carrots and stir
Sprinkle with sugar and stir
Add water and salt
Cover and cook 5 minutes
Uncover and cook until liquid evaporates and carrots are glazed.
