Introduction

Simple to make, and takes no time at all. A good, hearty meal on a cold day! Simple to make, and takes no time at all. A good, hearty meal on a cold day!

Ingredients

    4 oz. sirloin
    1 tbsp. olive oil
    1 15 oz. can Premium Mixed Vegetables (look for the "No Salt Added" variety)
    2 cups vegetable stock
    2 tbsp. flour
    2 tbsp. tomato paste

Directions

Cut the sirloin into bite-sized chunks and brown it in the olive oil. (Add onion or garlic powder to taste.) Once the meat is cooked, add the vegetables, stock, tomato paste and flour. Let simmer until heated through. Add water, if needed or thinner broth is desired.
