    4 medium parsnips
    2 small potatos
    1 medium onion
    curry powder to taste (1 use 4 tbsp of medium)
    about 500ml water- depending on how thick you like your soup
    salt and pepper to taste

chop the onion, parsnip and potato and add to a large pan with the water curry powder and seasoning. bring to the boil and simmer for about 20 until all the veg are soft. blitz in a blender tuntil smooth then serve.
