Ingredients

Broccoli, cooked, 2.5 cup, chopped
Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 3 tbsp
Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, .25 cup, shredded
Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, .25 cup
Pepperoni - Hormel Turkey Pepperoni
Directions
steam or cook broccoli as desired.
While cooking, mix egg, cheese, bread crumbs and pepproni.
When broccoli is mostly cooked through, drain and add to egg mixture.
Heat pan to medium heat, spray with cooking spray.
Make 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup patties and place on hot pan.
Let sit until nicely browned (5 minutes or so)
Flip and let sit until browned and cooked through.
We topped it with marinara to make it more pizza-esque.
Serving Size: Makes about 6 patties (3 patties a serving)
