Ingredients

    10 eggs
    1/2 lb sausage, browned
    1/4 c up red peppers diced
    1/4 cup onion diced
    1/4 cup frozen chopped spinach drained
    1/4 cup rotel tomatoes drained


Tips

Can add any veggies you like or take out ones you don't like.


Directions

Scrable eggs, Mix in all ingredients. Bake in greased muffin tins. Bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes (depending on size of tins)
