    1 lb box Smart Taste Macaroni
    6 oz. Great Value easy melt (like velveeta cheese)
    3/4 c. nonfat cottage cheese (blended in blender until smooth)
    1/2 c. skim milk
    salt & pepper to taste


Make sure the cottage cheese is well blended, add the skim milk to the cottage cheese in the blender to get it to blend better, if desired.


Cook macaroni as directed on the package, adding 1 t. salt & a tiny bit of oil to the water. Put in colander to drain. While draining, put kettle back on the stove, add the blended cottage cheese & milk and cubes of easy melt cheese. Stir constantly over medium heat until melted. Add drained macaroni back to pot, add salt & pepper, and mix together until all macaroni is coated evenly. If too thick, add a little bit more milk.
