    1 pound lean ground turkey
    2 cups water
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    4 cups frozen cut green beans
    10- 12 cups mashed potatoes


In a non-stick skillet, cook ground turkey completely (or use cooking spray). Add water and cream of mushroom soup. Stir until blended well. Add green beans and heat to desired temperature.

Serve 1 cup of mixture over 1 cup of mashed potatoes.
