    2 mcups flour
    1/2 cup sugar
    1T. baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 egg
    1 cup milk
    1/4 cup oil
    1/2 cup berries,nuts,raisins

    Do not over mix: makes 6-9 muffins

    I have changed this around to lighten it. You can use splenda instead of sugar, unsweetened applesauce instead of oil, egg substitute, and even whole wheat flour. I have tried them all and they still come out great.


You can use any fruits, nuts choc. chips or any other ingredients this is a basic recipe.


Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 min.
