    White Bread, 10 slices
    Hard Boiled Egg, 4 large, mashed
    Black pepper, 1 tsp, crushed
    Mayonnaise, 1 tbsp
    Cucumber (peeled), 2 medium, sliced
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 medium (1/4" thick), sliced
    Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 2 cups, shredded or chopped
    Margarine, 3 tsp, spread on bread
    Kimball Sos Cili Thai (Thai Chili Sauce) (optional)


- Mix mashed eggs with black pepper and mayonnaise.
- Spread the mixture on one side of a slice of bread evenly, not too thick nor thin.
- Put lettuce leaves, slices of tomatoes (I use 2 slices) and cucumber (I use 4 slices) on top of the mixture.
- Add chili sauce (optional) for extra spicy flavour.
- Lastly, put another slice of bread.

Serving Size: 1 servings makes 10 pieces
