    2 cups flour
    1/2 cup sugar
    3 tsp baking powder

    In another bowl beat: one egg, 1/4 cup milk, 1/4 cup oil. Add 4 bananas cut up into small pieces or mushed with a fork.

    Add dry ingredients to wet mixture and mix till blended.

    Spoon into muffin pan and bake in 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.


I do not add salt to any recipe. I use a stoneware muffin pan. Muffins are very moist.


Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 12 muffins
