Ingredients

1lb cooked cubed chicken
5 cups frozen or fresh chopped broccoli
1 can Campbell's 98% Fat Free Cream of Broccoli soup
1 can Campbell's 98% Fat Free Cream of
Chicken Soup
1 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Nonfat Milk
2 tsp Curry Powder
2 tsp Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
2 Cups Low Fat Shredded Cheese
8 Servings of cooked Brown Rice
Directions
layer the broccoli and cooked chicken together in a 9x14 baking dish sprayed with Pam.
Mix togther the mayonnaise, cream of broccoli and cream of chicken soup. Add lemon juice, milk, curry powder and black pepper. Pour the mixture over the broccoli & chicken and top with shredded cheese. Then bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serve a cup of the chicken & broccoli bake over a serving of hot rice.
*This makes a lot but it is so easy to reheat & eat through the week when your short on time.
