    *OATMEAL Coach's Oats "Costco" 1/2 cup
    Fage - 0%, plain, 8 oz
    *Vanilla Extract - Costco, 1 tsp
    Egg white 1

Tips

I played with adding milk and eggs. You can also add bananas or protein powder. Top with fruit or maple syrup


Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. pour a small amount of batter in a hot non stick pan or use spray. When the top of the pancakes form bubbles, turn.
