    1 lb Stew Beef
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    4 c Baby Carrots
    4 c Potato
    1 med yellow onion
    2 c Celery
    3 cloves Garlic
    4 c Water
    2 tsp Dried Oregano
    1 tsp Rosemary, dried, 1 tsp (remove)
    1 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Black Pepper
    2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
    1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
    1/2 c Trio Brown Gravy mix
    1 can Aylmer Accents - Original Green Pepper Celery & Onion


Brown meat in olive oil in frying pan. Chop vegetables as desired and layer in large crock pot. Add browned beef, pour on water and add oregano, rosemary, salt, pepper, worcestershire, and soy sauce. Cover and simmer for a minimum of 3 hours on high. When vegetables have reached desired tenderness, mix gravy mix into canned, diced tomatoes and gently stir into the mixture in crock pot. Continue to simmer until the smell makes you too hungry to wait, and the mixture is thickened.

Serving Size: makes 8 - 2 cup servings
