    Half cup 2% milkfat cottage cheese
    1/4 cup pineapple chunks (With some of the juice)
    3/4 cup cut strawberries
    3/4 cup whole blueberries
    1 cup grapes (roughly)
    4 tbsp reddi whip (optional)


Add all ingredients, I put the cottage cheese down first, drop in the pineapple with some of the juice into it, cut up the strawberries as I add them, usually about 4 to 5, a small handful (I guesstimate) of blueberries, and same for the grapes. Mix it all up so the cottage cheese coats the fruit, squirt on the reddi whip and you've got a great snack!
