    8 oz Chopped Walnuts
    1.5 Sticks Butter
    1 tsp Cinnamon
    3 8oz Cream Cheese
    1 tbsp Vanilla
    1 pt Heavy Cream
    1 cup Sour Cream
    2 Cups Splenda
    8 eggs

Low Carb Quichecake!

Let some of this stuff warm up to room temperature before we move forward. So took some chopped walnuts and put them in this blender here which also contains cinnamon and a little bit of soya milk and melted butter. Get a spatula and spread this new chopped walnut, cinnamon butter crust here; the bottom of this glass, cooking container here. Next I’ll be making some cheesecake.

So I’ve let this glass pan sit here in the 325 degree oven for about eight minutes, just longing the crust to solidify.

Traditional cheesecake, with lots of extra cream cheese and eggs.

First, grind walnuts, splash of milk(your choice on kind), cinnamon, and melted butter (I used the ‘magic bullet’) and spread this with a spatula into pre-greased (used butter flavored non-stick cooking oil) and bake at 325 for about 7-8 minutes to form your ‘crust’. Be careful not to overcook.

While that was going on is when you’ll be combining all other ingredients, using your electric mixer at slow speed, increasing gradually to medium while pushing the sides constantly using a spatula.

Bake for around an hour (checking on it regularly) and allow to cool overnight in your refrigerator before serving. I let it cool for about 30 min...tasted like bread pudding...yuuummmm...overnight it tastes like cheesecake. Your choice...I loved both!!!

Feel free to experiment, this turned out absolutely delicious!
