    2 cups Pinto beans
    1 tsp Canola Oil
    2 tbsp Garlic powder
    1 tbsp Onion powder,
    1/2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain
    3 tbsp ketchup


1. Put 2 cups of fully cooked pinto beans into a bowl
2. Add 3 tbsps of ketchup and begin to mash until it has a mushy consistency
3. Add oatmeal slowly, gently mixing in as you go along
4. Add seasoning to taste
5. Put a tsp of canola oil into a frying pan
6. Add patties, let fry one side for 2 minutes or until brown and then flip and do the same on the other side

Serving Size: makes 4 3 inch burgers
