    Cabbage, fresh, .25 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia)
    Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 4 slice (6-1/4" x 4" x 1/16")
    Baked Potato (baked potatoes), .5 potato (2-1/3" x 4-3/4")
    Chicken Broth, .5 cup (8 fl oz)


Cook cabbage and half a potato cut up in a low pan with the chicken broth in the oven at 350 until done. Heat up the Ham slices and eat all together.
Can also be done in the microwave.
