    1 lb Ground Pork
    3 oz Salted Fish
    1/4 cup Shredded Ginger
    2 tsp Sesame Oil
    2 tsp Soy Sauce
    2 tsp Chinese or Japanese Cooking Wine
    2 tsp Corn Starch
    2 tsp Ground White or Black Pepper
    Dash of Salt


Break up the salted fish into small pieces. Shred thinly 1/4 cup of ginger. Mix corn starch with a little water.

Mix the ground pork with salted fish, ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce, Cooking Wine, Corn Starch, ground white pepper and a dash of salt in a steaming dish.

Steam the dish on low heat for about 60 minutes. When it is cooked, you may garnish with some chopped green onions and serve with white rice.
