    Garlic, 2 cloves
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    *Pork, fresh, loin, center rib (chops), boneless, separable lean only, 20 oz
    *Pepper, Poblano 1 Pepper,
    Wyler's Instant Bouillon Cubes, Chicken, 1 Cube
    Rosa Mexicano Kitchen Mestiza Sauce, 300 gram(s)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Water, tap, 1.25 cup
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Pepper, black, .5 tbsp


Cilantro can be added after simmering for additional flavor!


First, season pork with salt and pepper, then put into a pan with 1 cup water and simmer until water evaporates (approx 10 minutes) While this is happening, slice poblano and dice jalapeno and onions. Put in a container and set aside. Add garlic, Mestiza sauce, 1/4 cup water and bouillon to a food processor and blend. Add olive oil to pan with pork, and brown meat. Then add onions and peppers and cook for 1 minute. Stir in sauce mix and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve over rice (not included).
