Ingredients

    Ice Cubes-as many as needed for desired thickeness
    Almond Milk Unsweetened
    Any flavor Greek nonfat yogurt
    Strawberries
    Cinnamon, ground
    Vanilla Extract (Pure)

Tips

I am on a no sugar diet but you can add honey (1 tsp) if you wanted it sweeter- just add 30 calories. OR an artificial sweetener.


Directions

Combine all in blender -on High speed till ice is crushed.
And serve in a tall glass with a straw and mint on top.
