Ingredients

    Almond chicken:
    Chicken chunks
    Almond Flour
    Chicken fat for frying (I pre cooked the chicken)

    Almond sauce:
    2 T. of butter (or some coconut oil)
    4 T. almond butter
    2 T. gluten free soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
    2 T. almond flour
    Water (or chicken stock)
    1-2 T.of sweetener of choice (I used honey)
    Garlic
    Onion Powder

Directions

In a sauce pan, add butter (or some coconut oil)Garlic, Onion Powder, and melt on medium heat.

Add almond butter, and reduce that heat to low... otherwise it become like taffy. low heat

Melt all good and together and then add water or stock until gravy quality.

Add to a food processor with almond flour and sweetner.

Mix, set aside.

Coat chicken in almond flour, fry in oil of choice and cover with sauce.

Serving Size: Makes 3-4 servings (4oz chicken, 1/2 cup sauce)
