    1 Tbs Minced Garlic
    1/4 Large Valida Onion - Chopped
    1 Large Tomato - Chopped
    1/4 Cup Cherry Tomatoes - halved
    1 Package Shirataki
    Basil to taste
    Sea Salt to taste
    Black Pepper to taste
    Water (to keep the food from sticking to the pan)


In a large non-stick pan over medium heat the garlic and a small amount of water (less than a tsp) for 2 minutes. Add the chopped onion and some sea salt. Cook until the onion is translucent, approximately 5 minutes.

While the onion and garlic are cooking prepare the Shirataki according to the package directions.

Once the onion is translucent add the chopped tomatoes, basil and black pepper. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 5 minutes. Add the Shirataki and mix thoroughly, heating the Shirataki through, approximately 2 minutes.
