    Margarine, soft, 0.25 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 0.5 cup
    Brown Sugar, 0.25 cup, packed
    *Egg white, 1 serving
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Flour, white, 1 cup
    Baking Soda, 0.5 tsp
    Salt, 0.5 tsp
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 0.25 cup


Preheat oven to 375*F

In a large bowl, beat softened margarine and sugars together until creamy, add egg white and vanilla and mix well

In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and cocoa powder.

Gradually add flour mix to egg and sugar, use a wooden spoon to mix the dough. (Don't worry if the dough seems crumbly at first) Stir in Chocolate Chips

Drop teaspoonful of dough on a cookie sheet.

Bake for 8 -10 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet for 1 minute before transfering to a wire rack.
