Introduction

Start the olive oil in a large 12 inch fryer, add the cauliflour and cook it and stir it while preparing the carrots and celery add all to the pan, and cook add the dry white wine and burn it off. In a large bowl place a pound of ground Veal and season with the garlic powder, onion powder and salt and Pepper. You can add a little heat or stir in digion mustard. Ingredients

    Prep the vegtables, put the pan on the stove heat the oil and add the vegtables in stages, putting the caulifour flourets on first, then the Carrots, Onions, garlic. Cook this stiring and add the wine for some more flavor and moisture. I recommend any dry white wine.
    The veal is seasoned with the garlic, and onion powder, dried parsley, salt and Pepper. The veal is added to the pan after the vegtables are well on their way to being cooked.

Tips

You can serve with a serving of the rice of your choice or cous cous. I also like Grey Poupon original mustard mixed in after serving. If you like heat add a 1/2 tspn of dried red pepper flakes.


Directions

Cook this on the stove top. Add the oil, and heat. Add the caulifour and cook it, add the carrots after it has cooked for a while, also add the celery add the onion and garlic and cook the vegtables until they start looking more cooked.
In a separate bowl season the veal with the garlic, onion powders, salt and pepper. Cook the stir fry and move it around the pan. Use a medium heat.

Serving Size: It serves 4. about 3/4 cup per serving.
