Introduction

Fresh and yummy chicken salad. Similar to Arby's but lighter and healthier using Greek yogurt instead of mayo. Fresh and yummy chicken salad. Similar to Arby's but lighter and healthier using Greek yogurt instead of mayo.

Ingredients

    3 cooked or grilled chicken breast, chopped
    1/2 C chopped apple
    1 C grapes, then halve them
    1/3 C dried cranberries
    1/4 C minced onion
    1/2 C chopped celery
    1/2-3/4 C plain Greek yogurt

    Mix together above ingredients and let chill together for an hour or more. Can serve on bread, pretzel buns, croissants or on a bed of romaine. So Good!
