    Spinach, fresh, 3 cup
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Onions, raw, 1/2 cup, chopped
    Stove Top Stuffing Mix, 1 box
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large(
    1/3 Less Fat Neufchatel Cheese, 4 oz
    Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 12 ounces
    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 4 ounces


Cook chicken with no seasoning then set aside. saute spinach with olive oil, onions, garlic. In a food processor put in diced chicken sauted spinach and blend until smooth. Then add the rest of the ingredients and pulse until mixed. preheat oven at 375 and bake on a sprayed or not stick cookie sheet. Spoon out with teaspoon shape into meatballand bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown on outside. Makes 48 spinach balls
