    1/3 Cup Rolled Oats
    1/2 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
    Apple (100g), Chopped into small chunks
    1 tsp Ground Cinnamon (Or less)


Be careful not to add too much water!! You will have to cook the oats for a long time in order to get it to become slushy


1. Add about slightly less than 1/4 cup of water and chunks of apple into a small pot and cook apples until soft.
2. Add in oats and about 1 cup of water and cook until oats are slushy and are in a porridge like form.
3. Stir in applesauce and cinnamon
4. Pour into container and leave in fridge
