Ingredients

    5 chicken breasts
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1-8oz fat free cream cheese
    2 cans (10 each) ready to bake Texas Biscuits
    1-10.75oz can cream of chicken soup
    2/3 cup milk

Directions

Boil chicken breasts until done and then allow to cool to touch, then shred with fork. Mix chicken, cream cheese and green onion together. Flatten each of the biscuits, until they are almost double in size, then spoon mixture onto each biscuit. Bring up each end and seal by pinching together side (should look like a half moon). Bake on 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
To make gravy: Mix cream of chicken soup and milk in a saucepan over medium-high heat until warm. Serve over chicken rolls.
Makes 20 rolls.
