Ingredients

    2 c. cooked brown rice fusilli (or another kind)
    12 oz Chicken sausage (or turkey)
    2 c. cubed zucchini
    1 c. broccoli florets, chopped
    1/4 c. minced red onion
    1 tbsp. crushed garlic
    sea salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Prepare past according to directions. Stain and rinse pasta when done. Cut the sausage into pieces. Preheat nonstick skillet . Add 1 to 2 tbsp. water and add sausage, onion, and garlic. Cook over medium heat until lightly browned. Add in the remaining ingredients. Cook until veggies are done. Add pasta and toss until warmed. Serve.
