    *Potato, raw, 5 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) grated
    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Soft), 1/3 cup
    Egg, fresh, 5 large
    Cheddar Cheese, .5 cup, shredded
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1/4 cup
    Basil, 1 tsp
    Milk, nonfat, .75 cup


Spray large pie pan with non-stick spray. Press potatoes into pan to form crust. Pour melted butter over all. Bake 30 min at 425. Lower oven temp. to 350. Combine eggs, cheese and spices. Pour over crust and bake another 40-45 min. Serves 8.
