    3-4 Cube Steaks, Pounded to Tenderie
    Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields
    Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 2.5 tsp
    French Fried Onions, 8 tbsp
    Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup
    Salt, 1/4 tsp
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Paprika, 1 tsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1/4 tsp


Heat Oven to 350. Cube Steaks need extensive tenderizing. Pound until they are very thin. In a bowl, combien spinach (thawed & drained), onion rings, cheese, and salt. Spread Mustard over the steaks, then 2T of the spinach mixture. Flatten mixture into meat and roll up. Hold with tooth picks and cut roll in half. Lay the steak wheels ona broiler pan. Mix together oil, paprika, pepper, and garlic powder and spread over each peice. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 25 minutes; then uncover for additional 5 min.
