Introduction

Ingredients

    14 eggs
    1 cup homemade salsa
    1/2 cup shredded cheese
    9 slices of bacon, cooked
    1 cup broccoli
    5 small red potatoes baked and fried and cut up
    Pepper to taste

Directions

Cook bacon and set aside. Bake potatoes then cube them and fry. Set aside. Mix cheese, salsa, eggs, bacon and broccoli together. Line pan with potatoes. Pour egg mixture over potatoes. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
