    8 oz turkey breast, cut into strips
    1 C onion, chopped
    1/2 C frozen peas
    1/2 C carrots, chopped
    2 tbsp. citrus ponzu
    2 C basmati rice
    1 packet of fried rice seasoning mix
    2 tbsp. canola oil


1. In large skillet, heat oil, stir-fry rice, onions, carrots, peas and them turkey.
2. Add seasoning, ponzu sauce, stir fry for one minute.
3. Push rice to side, add eggs, scramble, stir into rice.
