Ingredients

150g uncooked macaroni
200g beef mince
4 medium mushrooms diced
1 medium onion diced
1 large celery stalk diced
maggi soup sachet
0.25 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
40g grated cheddar cheese
Tips
This is also nice made with chicken.
Add or substitute whatever vegetables you like.
Change the soup sachet to whatever flavour you prefer, eg. mushroom, tomato etc.
Directions
Serving Size: serves 4
Boil pasta in plenty of water until slightly under done. Drain.
Meanwhile brown beef in a nonstick pan, add diced vegetables and cook until slightly soft, approx 7-8 mins
Add soup powder and stir to coat cooked mixture, cook for 1-2 mins.
Add 1.5 cups water and bring to boil. When mixture has thickened slightly add pasta and transfer to an oven proof dish.
Top with crumbs then cheese and bake at 180c (350f) until top is brown and bubbly.
Serve with salad or vegetables for a complete meal.
