Easy and quick, to serve over rice or vegetables. Easy and quick, to serve over rice or vegetables.

    Mori-Nu, Tofu, silken, lite extra-firm, 1/4 of 12.3 0z carton
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (or more to taste)
    1 tsp Dried Oregano Leaves
    3 sprays of Pam Olive Oil Spray (1/3 second spray)


Cut the Tofu into small cubes.

Spray a small non-attaching skillet, and lightly brown the tofu sprinkled with all the ingredients, over low-medium heat.

Shake the skillet from time to time to make sure the Tofu cubes get golden brown on all sides.

Serve and Enjoy!

To make more servings, multiply quantities.
