    Oat Bran, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Banana, fresh, 3 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) (remove)
    Apples, fresh, 1 cup, quartered or chopped (remove)
    Pecans, 0.5 oz (20 halves) (remove)
    Baking Powder, 0.5 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 0.25 tsp (remove)
    Water, tap, 0.33 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    *Splenda, 6 tsp (remove)
    *Lemon Juice, 0.5 lemon yields (remove)


Chop the apple into bits and mash the banana. Mix wet and dry together separately and then mix all together.


Mix together. Put in muffin tins. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

Serving Size: 8 2.5 inch diameter muffins or 12 slightly flatter ones
