    4 TBSP butter or maragarine
    1 C 2% milk
    12 oz Whole wheat Rotini pasta
    4 cups frozen vegetables, thawed
    2 1/4 C dry bread crumbs
    1TBSP grated Parmesan cheese


(optional) 2 C diced cooked chicken ( I prefer veggies only) If you use chicken you will have to add those calories to recipe, because this was calculated without.


Prehaet oven to 400. Combine 3 TBSP of butter with milk, pasta, veggies, and cheddar cheese in a baking dish.
Combine Parmesan cheese,bread crumbs and remaining butter and sprinkle on top.
Bake for 30 mins
