    Cake (as per directions)
    1 box Pillsbury SF Cake Mix (Devil's Food)
    1/2 cup oil
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 cup water

    1 box Jello SF Pudding (Vanilla)
    1 cup 1% Milk
    1 regular sized tub Cool Whip Lite


Pre-heat oven to 325 F

Combine eggs, oil, water and cake mix until combined.
Beat with hand mixer on medium speed for 2 min.
Pour into 9x13 cake pan (sprayed on bottom only)
Bake at 325 for 34-38 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle of cake comes out clean.

Whisk contents of Pudding mix with only 1 cup of milk until it thickens, then fold in the cool whip. Spread on cake once it is cool.
