Ingredients

    1 1/2 lbs ground beef
    2 tbs. dried minced onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can peas (drained and rinsed)
    2 cans cheese soup (not diluted)
    1 bag Tater Tots
    1/2 cup shredded cheese

Directions

Brown ground beef with minced onion, salt, and pepper

Put beef in bottom of 9x13 casserole dish.
Top with peas
Top with soups
Place tater tots in a single layer on top of soups
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of tater tots

Bake at 350 F for 30-40 minutes or until tots are brown and cheese is melted.

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings
