Ingredients

    1 cup of water
    Handful of Ice Cubes
    3/4 cup of frozen berries
    1/3 TBSP of Flax Oil
    1/2 TBSP of Honey
    1 TBSP of Almond Butter
    1 rounded TSP of Psyllium Husk Powder

Tips

If blender gets clogged, add more water.


Directions

Combine all ingrediants in blender and blend until well mixed.
